Selection Criteria
- Must have the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Must hold an equivalent vocational qualifications or higher
- Can demonstrate current industry experience working in relevant industry for 3 years or more.
- Can demonstrate current vocational experience working in relevant industry for 3 years or more.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
- CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
Additional Criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to keep students engaged in training/workshops from start to course completion.
- Experience in assessing RPL portfolio submissions is (Desirable)
- Experience in using Catapult Learning Management System (Desirable but not essential)
- Competency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Competency in Zoom and Facebook messenger
